In 2004 AIDS Prevention, Education and Care NGO started Primary Prevention of Drug Abuse Project in Kapan, Qajaran, Goris, Sisian and Meghri cities, Syunik Marz with the financial assistance of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
